This race was so much fun because I had so many athletes of mine racing. I still had some fatigue from last weeks race and I felt a little flat. I still had a solid performance in a very stacked field. I placed 6th age group in a very stacked field and still ran 7:10's off the bike. It was an unmarked run course which ended up being a bit of a challenge for me. This was also my first experience in a Co-ed swim start... hmmm, not something I would recommend. It kinda throws off the "starting on the front line" philosophy. In the photo above, there is Gary, me, Heidi, Denise (3rd a.g.) Maria, Julie, Thia, and Brad.
