I just recently returned from a 10 day training session in the mountains. I took my girls Spring Break as an opportunity to break away from the normal routine and focus on getting some solid training under my belt with the much needed rest that now accompanies it. It was just what the doctor ordered as there is something very liberating about riding the trainer for 3 hours at 9200 feet. It allowed me to focus on one of my great passions and appreciate what my body is still capable of while dealing with a head injury.
